钢——混凝土组合结构拱桥

钢管混凝土拱桥属于钢——混凝土组合结构中的一种。钢管混凝土拱桥是将钢管内填充混凝土,由于钢管的径向约束而限制受压混凝土的膨胀,使混凝土处于三向受压状态,从而显著提高混凝土的抗压强度。同时钢管兼有纵向主筋和横向套箍的作用,同时可作为施工模板,方便混凝土浇筑,施工过程中,钢管可作为劲性承重骨架,其焊接工作简单,吊装重量轻,从而能简化施工工艺,缩短施工工期。

As one of the steel-concrete composite structures, the steel pipes in concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge are filled with concrete, which significantly improves the compressive strength of the concrete. The technology behind is that the concrete is in a three-way compression state and the expansion of the compressed concrete is limited due to the radial constraint of the steel pipe. Moreover, the steel pipe has the effect of longitudinal main reinforcement and transverse ferrule simultaneously, thus it can be used as a construction template, which is convenient for concrete to pour. In the construction process, the steel pipe can be used as a rigid load-bearing skeleton because it is easy to weld and the hoisting weight is light, which simplifies the construction process and shortens the construction period.
